After completing the program, the participants will be able to:

  - Appreciate the current and emerging Asian and global business environments and their impact on the functioning of joint ventures and international business enterprises in Vietnam;

  - Recognize the differences in styles of decision making, leadership, organizational processes and negotiations from an inter-cultural perspective relevant to Vietnam;

  - Apply the latest management techniques in the areas of international marketing, finance, manufacturing, human resources management and corporate strategy in the local context;

  - Understand the role and importance of technology for the socio-economic growth and the success of a business enterprise facing globalization relevant to the ASEAN region;

  - Use technology and enhance technological competencies to attain competitive advantage locally, regionally and internationally;

  - Develop business strategies for the enterprise and to formulate implementation actions for sustained growth;

  - Manage financial investments and the international transfer of technology, quality management and environmental management projects

  - The EMBA program is conducted in English and can be completed in 16 months including 4-5 weeks at AIT in Bangkok
